How we build CoreOP products
Every CoreOP product is built from scratch for one industry. We don't templatize. We don't white-label. We don't adapt generic workflows to fit. Here's how we do it.
01
We embed with operators
Before we write a line of code, we spend time inside operating businesses in the target industry. We watch how quotes get built, how crews get dispatched, how customers get billed. Software designed without this step is software that solves problems that don't exist.
02
We build for the workflow, not the category
Generic CRMs ask "how can we make this work for aviation detailing?" CoreOP asks "how do aviation detailing operations actually run, and what software would make them run better?" The result: aircraft databases indexed by tail number, FBO awareness, brightwork tracking. Features that only exist because we built for this industry specifically.
03
We ship, listen, refine
Every CoreOP product launches in Early Access alongside founding operators who shape the roadmap. We don't guess what the next feature should be. The operators running their business on CoreOP tell us, and we ship it. Standard pricing applies when the product reaches feature-complete on the public roadmap.
Why each product stays niche
Most platforms broaden until they're generic. CoreOP keeps each product narrow on purpose.
Specialization compounds.
Aviation detailing has its own vocabulary, its own workflows, its own clients, its own failure modes. The deeper Aviation Detailing Software goes into those specifics, the harder it becomes for a generic field service tool to compete. Same for Auto. Same for every vertical we build next.
Generic software wins on price. Specialized software wins on fit.
A generic CRM at $40/month always undercuts us. But it costs operators hours every week adapting it to work for their industry. CoreOP costs more and gives those hours back. That trade is only worth it if we stay narrow enough to actually deliver the fit.
One vertical at a time, fully built, then the next.
Aviation Detailing Software took two years before launch. Auto Detailing Software built on the foundation Aviation built. Marine, Construction, and other verticals follow the same pattern: each product is fully realized in its industry before we move on. We don't ship half-built products into half-served markets.
Your stack stays small.
Other platforms force you to choose between their CRM, their FMS, their ERP, and their billing, all generic and all needing customization. CoreOP gives you one purpose-built operating system per vertical. You get fewer tools, deeper integration, and a vendor who actually knows your industry.
Every CoreOP product is built by operators who understand the industry. Not developers who researched it.
