CoreOP Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: May 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the CoreOP platform, mobile applications, websites, APIs, and related services (the "Service") provided by Aviluxe Aviation LLC d/b/a CoreOP ("CoreOP," "we," "our"). The AUP supplements and is part of the CoreOP Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for the conduct of anyone who uses the Service through your account. If your use of the Service violates this AUP, we may suspend or terminate access without notice, in addition to other remedies available under the Terms of Service.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, report it to support@coreop.io.

1. Lawful Use

You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • Consumer protection laws
  • Anti-spam and telemarketing laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation ("CASL"), and similar laws in other jurisdictions
  • Wiretapping and call-recording laws, including the federal Wiretap Act and state two-party consent laws (such as those in California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Washington)
  • Privacy and data protection laws, including the laws referenced in our Privacy Policy
  • Employment, labor, and wage-and-hour laws
  • Aviation regulations applicable to your business
  • Export controls and trade sanctions
  • Intellectual property laws

2. Communications, Telemarketing, and Messaging

If you use the Service to send emails, text messages, or place voice calls (including through CoreOP's communications features, integrations such as GoHighLevel, or automated/AI features):

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and all other applicable communications laws.
  • You must obtain the level of consent required by law (including prior express written consent for autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls and texts under TCPA where applicable).
  • You must include all legally required disclosures, including sender identification, valid physical address (for emails), and clear and conspicuous opt-out instructions.
  • You must promptly honor opt-out, unsubscribe, and do-not-call requests, and you must scrub against applicable do-not-call lists.
  • You must not send messages to recipients you do not have a legitimate basis to contact.
  • You must not spoof, falsify, or manipulate sender information, headers, or originating numbers.
  • You must comply with carrier and CTIA messaging guidelines, including content restrictions, opt-in confirmations, and message frequency disclosures.

CoreOP may suspend or terminate access if your messaging activity generates an unacceptable rate of complaints, opt-outs, or carrier violations.

3. Call Recording and AI Transcription

If you use Service features that record, transcribe, or analyze calls or other audio (including AI Sales Pro, voice intelligence, or call summaries):

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining all consents required by law from every party to the conversation before recording begins.
  • You must provide all legally required notices, including notices required by two-party consent states.
  • You must not record conversations where consent is required and has not been given.
  • You must not use recordings, transcripts, or AI-generated outputs in violation of any law or any individual's rights.

4. Geolocation and Crew Tracking

If you enable Service features that collect precise geolocation from crew devices:

  • You must inform crew members that location is collected and how it will be used.
  • You must obtain any consents required by law (consent to location tracking is regulated in some jurisdictions, particularly when used for employment purposes).
  • You must use location data only for legitimate business purposes and not for surveillance unrelated to job performance.

5. Photographs and Visual Content

If you upload photographs, video, or other visual content to the Service:

  • You must own or have the right to upload the content.
  • You must not upload images of individuals without an appropriate basis.
  • You must not upload content that depicts minors in any non-incidental way.
  • You must not upload content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

6. AI Features

If you use AI Features in the Service:

  • You must review AI outputs before relying on them or sharing them with third parties. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
  • You must not use AI Features to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
  • You must not use AI Features to impersonate a real person or organization in a way that misleads.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent safety guardrails of underlying AI providers.
  • If your use of AI Features requires consent or notice from a person, you are responsible for obtaining that consent and providing that notice.

7. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to upload, store, transmit, or generate content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or invasive of another's privacy
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right
  • Misappropriates a person's identity or impersonates another person or entity
  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material or sexualizes minors in any way
  • Promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination
  • Promotes or facilitates illegal activity or the violation of others' rights

    • Protected health information subject to HIPAA
    • Government-issued identification numbers (other than tax IDs you are authorized to process)
    • Full payment card numbers (which Stripe handles)
    • Social Security numbers, Social Insurance numbers, or equivalents
    • Information about children under 16
    • Other regulated sensitive information unless we have agreed in writing

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system, except under our coordinated disclosure program (security@coreop.io)
  • Breach or attempt to breach the security or authentication mechanisms of the Service
  • Access or use parts of the Service you are not authorized to use
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service, the servers or networks used to provide the Service, or another user's enjoyment of the Service
  • Run automated scripts or bots that consume disproportionate resources, except as expressly permitted by our APIs and rate limits
  • Frame, mirror, or scrape the Service without our written permission
  • Reverse engineer the Service or use the Service to develop a competing product
  • Resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Service
  • Use the Service to operate a service bureau or for the benefit of any third party except your authorized End Customers and Crew

9. Suspension and Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe your use of the Service violates this AUP, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

When practical, we will work with you to remedy the violation. In some cases — including violations involving illegal content, network attacks, fraud, or carrier compliance — immediate suspension is necessary.

10. Reporting

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, including spam, abuse, or content that violates Section 7, email support@coreop.io. To report a suspected security vulnerability, email security@coreop.io.

11. Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time by posting an updated version at coreop.io/legal/acceptable-use. Material updates will be communicated as described in the Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
