Billing Terms

When you accept payments from your customers through CoreOP, transactions are processed via Stripe Inc. The following fees apply to all operators across all subscription tiers.

Total: 3.20% + $0.60 per transaction.

Composed of:

• Stripe processing fee: 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction
• CoreOP platform fee: 0.30% + $0.30 per transaction

Total: 1.20% capped at $10 per transaction.

Composed of:

• Stripe processing fee: 0.80% capped at $5 per transaction
• CoreOP platform fee: 0.40% capped at $5 per transaction

Example A — $500 credit card transaction: Operator receives $483.40 after fees ($500 × 3.20% = $16.00 + $0.60 = $16.60 deducted).

Example B — $5,000 ACH transfer: Operator receives $4,990 after fees ($5,000 × 1.20% = $60.00, capped at $10 = $10 deducted).

These rates are identical across all subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Shop, Enterprise). Tier-based subscription pricing governs subscription features and seat allocations only.

Stripe Inc. is responsible for actual card processing and applies its standard rates directly. CoreOP collects its platform fee via Stripe Connect’s application fee mechanism. Operators receive transaction breakdowns showing both Stripe and CoreOP fee components in their billing dashboard.

CoreOP is not a money transmitter, payment institution, or bank. Payment processing services are provided by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates under the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement, which you must accept to use payment features.

Rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice to operators.
